Do you sign up for a Wellness card at the store or how do you get one?
Corrie @ "Cents"able Momma
Like Jenni said, you can register in-store, but you can also register for the Wellness program online too.
Jenni
You can sign up at the store, Kristina. They have little pamphlets you can fill your info out on and there are wellness cards attached, they just scan the card and load your information on it.
It’s nice because I don’t always remember mine, and they can just look it up using my phone number.

Is it like the cvs card? e coupons on the card. I’m sure my store hasn’t gotten them yet. Over here In Rhode Island we are always the last stop.
Corrie @ "Cents"able Momma
The Wellness card is similar to the CVS card in that you need it to get the advertised prices. The Wellness program went nationwide on 4/18.
However, the Up+ Rewards program does appear to be regional, and I’m not sure what regions are working yet. I have heard reports of some stores in NY and NC working.
Kristina
Thanks! I am going to go try to score some cheap diapers! My stock pile is down to one pack, great timing!!
Cindy
I received the UP+Reward coupon on the end of my reciept 2 days ago with the huggies deal. I live in SoCal. I think I will go back and buy more diapers. I have twins!
Hillary
I signed up for the wellness+ program online and received a $5/$25 coupon to welcome me! It does not expire until 7/31/10…. =)
Hillary
do you need to have the wellness card to get the up+ reward? Rite Aid’s system was down tonight and I could not use my wellness card. =(
dana
I have been a Rite Aid shopper for a long time and even have the wellness card now. I have never heard of UP+ rewards. Is it new? I really want to get some diapers for this price. Do I need to go into the store to find out?
