No, you can't, since RA does not allow overage at the register (only with +UP Rewards and SCR's). However, if you don't have the FREE coupon, you can use the VV coupon to make the Poligrip a moneymaker.

Deb, confirmed!! I just bought 4 packages. I got a 1.99Up+ and a 2Up+ per package!!! SCORE. And, each pack had a bonus 18 bands!! WoooHoooo!!! so I got 144 hair bands for nothing and I made $8 in Ups. (Los Angeles RA deals start on Friday)

Just don't buy the value pks with clips-those won't generate the Up.

That disclaimer is listed on all freebie SCR's, and I have not had a problem with them lowering the rebate with the coupon in the past (although I suppose that RA could change things).

I was looking at April SCRs on RiteAid's website and for tena it says "Purchase Price Will Be Refunded (up to $9.99).
Sales tax excluded."

has this kind of disclaimer for freebies been there in the past and i havent noticed? or do they take coupons used into account?
