After my call with Don at Rite Aid headquarters, I decided to shoot off an e-mail to Rite Aid to let them know how displeased I was with their new coupon policy. I was told that Rite Aid will take internet coupons, no more than one per item and no more than a $5.00 value per coupon. The woman I spoke to faxed the coupon policy to all three stores in my city and called each of the managers to make sure they understood the coupon policy. I would urge others that have a problem to send an e-mail to Rite Aid. So tomorrow I'll be heading back to Rite Aid to get my J&J deal, along with some other goodies.

I had a bad experience as well at Rite Aid this week. They were out of the Freshmatics, but I did find one in the wrong spot, so I got that. When I went to checkout, the cashier, who is a manager, didn't want to take my Rite Aid coupons. He asked me where they came from. I told him they came from the Rite Aid Video Values program on Ad Perk. He was concerned about taking them, but when they scaned, he said it was ok. Then he wouldn't accept my Covergirl coupons because apparently they don't accept any coupons for BOGO events. But he took my $3 Karasal coupon and they were BOGO. I guess I got a cashier who didn't know what he was doing, even though he is a manager. Oh, well.

Angel Soft on sale is the 4 regular rolls and the couponI have is $1/2 RP 9/13 is for (2) double roll or larger packs of Angel Soft. Note: double roll not regular roll

My guess is the double roll is at least $3.

Well, I just got off the phone with customer service through Rite Aid headquarters and was informed by the customer service representative, Don, that their new policy states only one internet coupon per customer per day. They didn't seem concerned about losing business over this new policy.

I ended up walking out of my local store empty handed. I spent 15 minutes making sure I had the right sale items to match with the right coupons, would be over my $25 to use my coupon, etc. When I got to the register and started handing over coupons I was told they would only take one internet coupon per customer. I'm just sad and frustrated with trying to use coupons. It frequently seems like an uphill battle. I have shopped at this store and used internet coupons in the past without a problem. I'm not sure if they changed their policy recently.

I contacted Rite-Aid customer service today and they were VERY helpful. They told me that the cashier should have accepted BOTH coupons and that it is Rite-Aid's policy to give you both items for free if they are running a B1G1 free and you have a B1G1 coupon. She is mailing me the coupon policy (it is a rite-aid internal document, but she got permission to share it). When I get it, I will scan it and give you a copy to post Tara, so others will have the information to bring with them to combat misinfomed, untrained cashiers. She also said that unless the coupon states $25.00 in purchases AFTER coupons that you can use that coupon BEFORE the manufacturer coupons are deducted. I got a nice call from the local store manager apologizing for the conduct of his supervisor and promising to straighten everything out for me. He welcomed me back to his store armed with all the coupons that I care to use. Good thing because the deals at Rite-Aid are great this week!

I just got back from Rite-Aid in Grover Beach, CA and I am almost empty-handed and steaming mad. I had the cover girl coupon and got a foundation and a eye kit, I also had 4 Healthy Choice mixers (that was all they had left) and I told my daughter she could get the beanie baby she wanted to make sure I went over $25.00. The total was $32.17 plus tax and the $5.59 for the free cover girl came right off so the total was now $26.58. Now it should have gone like this -- $5.00 off the total, then the other cover girl items for free, and then $8.00 off the Healthy Choice making the total 6.99, BUT NO-- this is how it went--the Cashier REFUSED to take the $5 off of $25 because she said I couldn't use it unless the total was $25 AFTER coupons. She had a "shift supervisor" name tag so she KNEW!! Then she REFUSED to take the cover girl coupon. She said that I had to buy the foundation to get the free item and since the item was free already the coupon was worth $0. She rudely asked me if I wanted to give her the coupon and have her substract NOTHING!! I was FURIOUS! I just told her to take everything back except the Healthy Choice and I paid $2.00 for the four of them. I plan on e-mailing customer service. I hope they can help me.

Aimee, you made need to print from multiple computers to obtain enough coupons to maximize the deal.

Amy, their policy is that you can use a BOGO with a BOGO sale to get both free. I know someone posted the policy in the comments previously, so I'll need to see if I can dig that up. In the meantime, you may want to email customer service.

Norma, SCR limits are per household. The $5/$25 coupon should come off your total before all other coupons, so as long as your total is about $25 you're safe. I recommend handing this coupon over first to make the transaction progress more smoothly.

QUESTION - wet ones has a $1 SCR limit one offer, but if you buy 2 on separate transactions can you still submit for the rebate or is it 1 per household?
Also - for the $5 off $25 coupon IF after all my manufacturer coupons the total comes under $25 will they still accept this coupon? OR do i need to give the $5 off $25 coupon first before I hand over the manufacturer coupons?

On the CoverGirl BOGO deal, the store manager at my RiteAid told me I couldn't use the coupon because I was already getting one for free. Does anyone know if RiteAid has an official coupon policy that states how they handle these types of instances?

Got the Johnson deal and Acts Popcorn at Rite Aid yesterday
4 Lotions
3 Shampoos
3 HTT Wash = $29.90
6 Act Popcorn Balls = $1.98
Used $5/25, $3/3 Johnson products, $2/2 Johnson Products, $1/1 Shampoo, (2)$1/1 HTT Wash, (2)$1/2 Act Popcorn Balls = $14.90 + tax!
Going to get the $15 SCR, and try for the $5 Gift of Savings, and 10 Johnson & Johnson products (7 had bonus Bubble Bath on them!), and 6 Act Popcorn balls FREE, plus they should pay me a couple bucks! SWEET! Thanks Tara!

Does anyone know if rite aid in ad coupons are like walgreens coupons , where if you hand one coupon but bought multiple items the amount is automaticaly deducted? I wanted to pick up 4 speed stick deoderants, my store has them for 2.49 x 4=9.96, after in ad coupon there 1.99x4=7.96. With manufacturers coupon my total would be 1.96. But that would only work if the rite aid coupon works for each item i purchased, on the coupon it says limit 1. I wanted to do this deal tomorrow so any1 that knows thanks for helping.

Act II Popcorn Balls only 2/$1 at my Rite-Aid, so check first. I knew there was an extra $1.50 on my receipt. Still a good deal for free popcorn balls!
