Neutrogena Customer Service is 877-298-2525. Although I had heard that some of the rebate checks are running late (8-12 weeks) due to the volume of submissions.

I was credit for the full rebate. Even though I paid 42.55 out of pocket. ($30.00 gift card.)

Chelle,

You actually need to enter all your Rite Aid receipts on the Rite Aid site. They will process the data and list those items that qualify for a rebate. There are usually monthly rebates, but there also a few "odd" rebates like the Skin Care rebate that span a longer time period. You can only request each rebate once (so if you are adding a receipt with a July rebate, you want to wait until the end of the month to request your check).

Technically, the rebate does say actual price paid, so I personally wouldn't take any chances and make sure that I had the full $50 OOP.

There's a small chance that it would still work (if they weren't able to match the coupons to the item), but it would be too late to change anything for the rebate if it doesn't work. That's a lot of money to risk if they do require the $50 OOP.

how does the $25 gift card work? it says rebate is based on actual price paid (after any & all coupons used). I'm planning to get the neutrogena, coppertone, and olay regenerist but after coupons i will only pay out of pocket $37.97 + tax. Will i still qualify for the for the $25 gift card? help im confused.

I agree...they really should train on coupon usage better at Rite Aid.

Zuly - there have been instances in the ad where they show an actual scenario using an in-ad coupon, a Rite Aid coupon, and a manufacturer's coupon. Unfortunately, it does not state that in the Rite Aid coupon policy.

Yes, you should be able to use it with the MIR. There's always a possibility that they could deduct the value of the coupon from the rebate, but it they don't (and they don't usually), it makes it a moneymaker.

I wonder if the size is a typo in the ad or online. It just seems odd to have different sizes in the ad and on the rebate, since the ad mentions the rebate.

Thanks for pointing that out. I'll check at my store when I shop this week if there are any signs regarding it.

The +UP Rewards deals are listed in the Rite Aid ad each week (and there should be hangtags next to the items in the store).

Thanks Debbie. I want to make sure I know what to say when they tell me I can't use both. :)

I also think it's weird that some stores try to deduct the coupon I used for an item I return when I'm not getting the coupon back and most likely will be getting reinbursed for it?
