Grrr....not a good week at Rite aid.

Anyone else have problems when contacting customer service?

Need to vent for a second. I went on Sunday and purchased a bunch of items using a bunch of coupons but the cashier missed two $1 coupons. I ended up using $2 in +ups to pay for the mistake. When I went back I was told I would need to contact customer service to get replacement +ups. Here's what customer service told me.

I apologize for any inconvenience; however, +Ups cannot be replaced once they are used.

I know that they can only be used once but I also know they can send new +ups to 'replace' the used ones. So frustrating...

I usually contact customer service via email. Is it better or easier to talk to them live?

I know it's only $2 but still feel like I shouldn't have to pay for their mistake. Thoughts?
