Try calling customer service (800-RITE-AID). I've heard that they have lifted the limit of 1 through the end of this week. You could ask if that's true, and if so, ask them to mail you your missing +UP Rewards.

I agree they need to communicate it better and not change it mid-week. It's too late, though, to publish in the ad, since they usually have them printed weeks in advance.

I wish they would communicate it better to customers and to their managers/cashiers. I didn't know and bought 8 cans of tuna and only got the 1 $1 +up, cashier didn't know why and store manager didn't know why.

Also, why do they always change things like this mid-week, why not change it with the next ad and publish it.

I guess it's just not my week :(

Oh no! From what I understand, the monthly +UP Reward limit was just set by corporate this morning. That pretty much kills the tuna deal next week :-(.

Found out the limits on monthy food deals, and I am not happy. Got this response from Riteaid.com live chat:

Buy 1 Salmon/Sardines, $1 cpn. Buy 1 BumbleBee Tuna, get $1 cpn. Buy 1 Oberto BeefJerky, $1 cpn, Buy 1 Motts Applesauce, $1 cpn, Buy 1 DelMonte Fruit, $1 cpn, Buy 1 DAK Ham, get $1 cpn. All of these are limit to 1 per house hold per month.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Really Rite Aid....one can of tuna a month and it isn't even free :(

The coupon begins with a 5. I'm not sure why it beeped especially because the coupon pictures the gummies but the manager's reason for not taking it was because the item was B1G1. Now customer service is giving me a hard time as well. I got a stock reply saying that the coupon amount cannot exceed the price of the item which they did not. Any advice on how to get them to understand and get my $2?

the $3 keri lotion coupon beeped and manager told cashier to price adjust. when i saw my receipt it looked like i paid $3.79 so rite aid won't give me the $6 scr. i decided it to return it but before that the manager said, "are you saying that you will be getting $9 from an item you only paid $6.79 and i explained that they get reinbursed for manuf. coupons and had nothing to do with the scrs for rite aid. he said he's never heard of that. i will have to call customer service so they can train their staff. i went to another rite aid but because it beeped they wouldn't take it. bummer!

In the MI (and S. CA ad), we are usually missing one of the ad pages, since we have a full page of alcohol deals that the rest of the country doesn't get. Unfortunately, this week the missing page contains many of the SCR deals as well as the Lysol. If it's a +UP Reward deal, like the Lysol, the +UP Reward won't print and you won't get the sale price.

You should be able to use 2 coupons in a B1G1 FREE sale at Rite Aid.

However, if an internet printable coupon beeps at the register, many Rite Aid's will not accept it. I was unable to print the coupon myself to check, but if the UPC code starts with a 9, it will likely beep or if it is for a different product than the gummies, it might beep.

Based on the wording when you sign up for the coupon, it states for ANY Ester-C product, so I'm not sure what the issue is.

I did not see anything about the coupon beeping for others on the forums, but most people weren't able to find it in stock to purchase it.

Anyone have trouble with the Ester C internet printable coupon beeping? I went yesterday and bought 2 of the Gummies 60ct. @ $6.49 and tried using a $2 mfg from newspaper, $2 mfg internet printable, and a $2 video values coupon. The internet printable coupon beeped and the manager who rang up my items said he couldn't take 2 coupons for B1G1 Free items. I know that's not what their coupon policy says and I've already emailed customer service but wondered if the coupons are beeping for everyone?

Technically, the coupons state, "Limit 1 per customer", but if you can get additional coupons from the ad, you could get additional family members to purchase the Thermacare for you.

Since the Thermacare is already free with the in-ad coupon, you cannot use a manufacturer's coupon for overage. That's against Rite Aid's coupon policy.

The only way to get "overage" is after an SCR or +UP Reward - for example...the item is free after coupons and you still get back a +UP Reward for your next purchase.

I used the Thermacare in-ad coupon today and I had a manufacturer coupon for a free one that I had received in the mail awhile back. I wanted to stack them so I would get the extra $3.99 overage to apply towards another item, but the cashier and manager both denied it. Was I in the wrong to try to use both coupons? I've never had any problem stacking coupons before at Rite Aid, so I was wondering if I should try again at a different store.

If you live in Southern CA or MI (and possibly other areas), the Keri (and Comtrex) page is missing from our ad. You can still get the SCR, but you will pay the regular price (unless you have a discount on your Wellness card).
