I haven't heard of that limit, Sharon, so I suspect that it's just that store imposing the limit.

I was wondering if anyone heard of a change to the coupon policy. My rite aid told me yesterday that you can only use 5 of the same coupon per day. Not that I ever have 5 of the exact same coupon but wondered if anyone else heard this or if it may be just this store putting on a limit. The cashier did mention that it's not per order but per day and you can't go to another store either. Anyone?

I would definitely talk to customer service especially about the coupons. I was wondering exactly what coupons they were, were they mfg coupons for the advil or were they +ups? and what price did they refund you?

I'd say if they were mfg. cpns and they refunded you the price minus the coupons then they owed you the coupons back but if they refunded the full price, you made out.

If they were +ups then they owed you the full price because those are similar to cash payments.

On the greeting card issue, if the cards were not .99 cards then I would defintely complain because that's against their policy.

Sorry about the bad experience. I have to say that I have some really wonderful rite-aids where I live but I do on occasion have a bad visit.

I tried Walgreens before but couldn't stand it because of all the rules and some very rude cashiers so I know what you're saying.

Very disappointed with RiteAid this week. First of all, they would not let me stack the in-ad coup and manufacturer's coup for the American Greeting cards. Secondly, I bought more than $20 of Advil, had two (2) coupons and when I left the store, noticed I did not get the $5UPR. I went back in to ask why and they said it was because my automatic wellness discounts brough the price of the medicine to just under $20! So....apparently getting the advantage of a wellness discount might make some deals exclusionary, so your readers might want to keep that in mind. I returned the medicine, and they did NOT give me the coupons back either! I'm really annoyed this week with them. They are starting to behave like Walgreens! Not sure what to do about the lack of return on the coupons, however....and, do you think I should complain to the company about the "disadvantage" having a wellness discount might have upon their regular customers? I don't want to whine...but it does seem grossly unfair somehow! I was not going to end up spending $6 or $7 more just to get the $5 UPR.

Also, don't forget about your 10 or 20% discounts if you have them.

I have the 10% off so...
I purchased 2 - $1.29 cards and 1 - $1.99 card. The $1.29 rang up $1.16 and the $1.99 rang up $1.79 used both the $3 & $1 coupons so paid .11 for 3 cards.

Actually, the $1 VV coupon is coded as RC49, which is the same as the in-ad coupon, so you can't use both of them together.

Right, but you can use the Rite Aid in-ad coupon on the $0.99 cards. If you purchase cards that are more expensive, you can stack both coupons.

Also, the $1/3 American Greeting coupon won't work for the 99 cents cards, it says (not applicable on 99 cent or less cards).

I figured out the best Garnier deals.

Buy 4 Garnier Moisturizing face wash @ $5.99 each. 1 will ring $5.99 and 1 will ring $2.99. (4) will be $17.96. Use $3/15 Rite Aid coupon, (4) $2 on any Garnier face wash or moisturizer coupons. After the $5/15 UP, you spend 49 cents each.

Second:
Buy 1 Garnier shampoo @ $3.99, 1 Garnier styler @ $4.29, and 2 Garnier face washes @ $5.99. All of these together after BOGO50% will ring $15.26. Use $3/15 coupon, (1) $1 on any Garnier shampoo/conditioner coupon, (1) $1 Garnier styler coupon, and $2 on any Garnier face wash or moisturizer (or $1 if you must). After $5/15 UP, you pay 31 cents each.

Wow. This is quite a resource. I normally hit Walgreens first, but I may have to change my preference. Thank you.

Not as many freebies this week, but still several good deals. Great price on Lysol products and Johnson & Johnson (just in case you didn't get any a few weeks ago!).

Thanks as always for the link-up!
