Here's the response I got from Rite Aid when I emailed them that there was a problem:

Thank you for your email to Rite Aid Wellness+ Customer Service. We had just a limit of one per household, Corporate Headquarters changed that to a limit of three per household for the $1 offer. We do have the offer when you purchase 10 boxes of facial tissue or bath tissue you get a $3+up reward. We can reissue the additional 3 $1+up's that you did not receive and also the $3+up for purchasing over 10. I will need the following information your Wellness+ Card number, Store number, Register number, Transaction number, Sales date, Time of purchase, Products, Sub-Total, and +up reward amount. I do apologize about any inconvenience that you have experienced. If you have any additional questions regarding your account please feel free to contact us through an email or by calling 1-800-RITEAID. Thank you once again for your business and have a wonderful day.

I too had a problem with the +ups printing on the paper products. I went to three stores yesterday. The first store only had 1 single roll and the +up printed. The second store had tons of facial tissues so I bought 10. I did not get any +ups from the facial tissue but I did get a $3 +up for IRV possibly for buying the 10. The third store had 7 - 4pks of bath tissue and not a single one printed. The mgr said it was because the item rang up at .90 because of my 10% off so I wasn't paying the $1 which I don't believe would cause it not to print. I hate when they don't work.

The Dove Hair Care Products printable is $1.50/2 (not $1.50/1), so I don't think it would work out to be free.

No, it doesn't. If an item applies towards the Resolution Rewards, it will have a blue "Buy & Save" next to it in the ad.

For some reason when I bought the 4 pk simplify bath tissue the +UP rewards didn't print out. I only got +UP rewards on the single roll bath tissue. It even limited the +UP reward printing on the hormel chili (from the purchase of Food Snacks)

Your up rewards are for your NEXT purchase - that could be your next transaction, or the next time you step in the store a week from now. They print @ the bottom of your receipt.

Hi I am very knew to rite-aid too. I am lost. How do you use the up reward on your purchase if the cashier hasn't given you your recept with your up reward on it and how do you get another one?

Yes, you can use a +UP Reward to pay for the item and still receive a +UP Reward back for the transaction (if it's a qualifying item). There are no restrictions on rolling +UP Rewards at Rite Aid (right now).
