well doesn’t that stink for all the people without the fancy phones… :(

You have to check in to Places on Facebook so its a no go for me. I refuse to “check in” where everyone knows where I am. Also in the small print it says one per person. It also ends after 1 million bags have been given away or August 31, so I have a feeling it will end in June sometime!

I’ve tried to redeem at Regal once before when they had a Q-free pcorn.
Guy had to call a mgr. and she STILL wouldn’t honor it! Said we have to be vvery careful who we take coupons from…I’m 57 and DH is 66. Never again:(

I agree with Shannon’s concern. I would not want everyone knowing where I am either.

Why are you scared of posting that you are at a movie theater? That’s ludicrous. Do you have enemies who will track you down? Are you scared of Big Brother? And it’s hardly “everyone” knowing where you are; it’s the people you allow to follow you on Facebook. There is nothing as infuriating as irrational, unfounded fear. Tighten your privacy settings and move on.

Actually–there’s been investigations and security warnings NOT to post where you are at on Facebook. Are you close with EVERYONE on your friends list? is it not even remotely possible that you are friends with someone you went to school with years ago and someone knowing you are away for the next 2-3 hours would be a perfect time for a “coincidental” break in. Read up on stuff, people. This isn’t Mayberry…there are bad people in the world.

Agree, it’d be different if I had the mob after me but saying I’m at the theater or the pool is hardly anything to be scared about. We all worry way too much in the world.
