Hi!... I have tried many many times, this "free" rental code for redbox, but have never been able to actually get the movie for free. there's always a message of "not valid"... is there a trick that i don't know about?? help!
I tried the code today and it did NOT work. It didn't recognize the promo code.
Well I went to Walgreens today and tried the promotion code and it did work. I have also used the promo codes BREAKROOM, and DVDONME they both worked at walgreens...... Good Luck!!!!!!!
I went to Walmart and used the code 3 times with 3 different cards and it worked all three times.
I also gave it to the person behind me in line and it worked for them as well.
It didn't work for me either, it took over a minute each time for it to "route" the code so I gave up. Darn!
I tried mine at the Safeway grocery store. Maybe it only works at certain stores?
The Monday codes should be valid at all locations. If you're having problems with it, maybe customer service can help out!
I tried the Monday code three times at a QFC loacation and it did NOT work, what is the trick??? and on Saturday I tried with a different code I got on the website at another QFC location and it did NOT work either.Is it possible that the codes work at certain locations only?? Just wondering!And on returning the one I rented, the box was out-of order. Had to make a phone call and by the time I was instructed on what to do, it was after 7pm, I was charged again!! Darn it.
