J Burns, you don't have to do anything special other than order through the page I linked to. The $5 comes off automatically on the checkout page. I just tested it myself.

It didn't, but I just figured maybe I had to submit for it to happen. Oh well, just wanted to save anyone else from spending the $5 extra bucks. Even at $10 I'm doing way better than newsstand prices.
