That means if you have only 5 servers on, only 25 tables can be seated, and thats why the restaurant looks half empty. You probably complained and they tried to seat you faster so you would shut up, but the reason why they don't seat you right away is BECAUSE you wont get any service for a while. If all the servers have 3-5 tables, they have to focus on those tables alone. It's not like every server can take on a ton of tables at once. Would you rather wait in the lobby until a server has a free table and can focus all their attention on you, or get seated immediately and wait 10-20 minutes until the server has an open table? Let me tell you I will never go there again. The place was half empty but yet we had a half hour wait. We was seated at our table but didn't have a server for over 15 to 20 minutes when we actually flagged some one down. They asked us what special occasion we was there for and we told them my sons bday. So we was assuming he was going to get some tyoe of dessert. At the end of our meal, the waitress brought out one of those little blue dishes that they put the dip in, and it was filled with whip cream and a candle stuck in the middle. WTF? Whip Cream... seriously?! Our bill was $130 for 4 people and I shared a meal with my husband! I don't think a slice of cake would have "busted" them. Just came from Red Lobster last night.
