Is that not so wherever you are? (Whomever creates this list?) I've noticed that people use a lot of Food Lion and Target "competitor" coupons to make these deals great. However, in Florida, we have no Food Lions anymore, so it's hard to push that one. Then with them doing away with Target as a competitor, it seems that no one else puts out store coupons to match up (other than themselves.)
