I've heard of other stores that allow you to do your grocery shopping online and pick it up at the store already bagged. With my two little ones shopping takes an extra half hour if I'm lucky. The first cashier that I bought it from told me that Publix does not take online coupons (In fact, she told me that I might as well throw it away because no one took them). I proceeded to tell her that lots of major places take them and I just used the $2.00 off coupon because I didn't want to hold up the line. When I got home I looked up the Publix online policy and found out that they do take online coupons so... I went back and spoke to someone else and I was refunded $1.50 (after I spoke to two people).
