I found the SMP TMF box at Walmart a few weeks ago and have already received my rebate. Too bad the printable coupon wasn't available back then!

I bought one of those marked boxes a couple of months back, but there was no form on the inside of the box to send in. I e-mailed the company but never heard back.

I already received mine back. They DO send them, but it akes awhile. Oh ... and they send you a $1.00 Q!!!
