I too was charged shipping so I called customer service. I was on hold 35 minutes with a very sweet customer service lady who asked if she could spread pixie dust on my day. Well I didn't need pixie dust but after a LONG process of figuring out on her end how to adjust it- she gave me my shipping back with an apology for waiting so long gave me $5 off more online shopping. Hmmm. I guess that's a win. Should have just negotiated one more blanket and been done with the whole thing. :)

I just called them and they honored the promo code for the free personalization/shipping but would not honor the $10 price, so I had to pay $12 per blanket which is not too bad, and they will be great Christmas gifts!!!

The FREEPZ code doesn't work, it expired in the computer yesterday (Disney error). I called & placed my order, but it took forever and then no Ebates or Shop At Home credit. Bottom line was $20 plus tax. I didn't try the chat, it refused to pop up on my computer.

Hopefully all will be as ordered, I dislike ordering personalized stuff over the phone.

Kim - They said the same thing when I got through on the phone. You can either call and place the order by phone. Or order online (paying for shipping) and then call in 20-30 minutes and they will credit you back the shipping. I was able to get two personalized blankets for only 21.46 (20+tax)! Free standard shipping and personalization.

I contacted them through the chat window online. The code is not working properly, but if you place the order and then send the order number through the chat line, they will adjust off the shipping!! It takes a little time for them to get the orders in their system, but the Disney representative is sending confirmation to my email when complete. I also emailed a copy of the actual chat session to have if I need it!! Hope this helps... :)
