I couldn't help myself. I went on ebay and found one of those people who are selling the coupons and I sent them a less than cordial email. I wasn't rude but blunt. You know I'm sure they will see the light now :) Anyway, sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. Somebody's gotta stick up for us crazy women who sit around for hours and wait in hopes to help provide for our families in some small way. Don't I sound righteous? :)

Warning! Finally landed a 50/100 coupon (my first big one!) on my husbands computer, which is quicker. I went to retrieve it this morning on my computer and print, and it's gone! ON told me it was invalidated b/c I used a different computer to retrieve it and they do that to keep people from stealing coupons. My heart is BROKEN, my hubby and I stayed up late talking about all the things we were going to buy for the kids!!

I did, which is what irks me! I typed in my name and confirmed my email twice to save it. It went through, and kept hunting to see if I could get one to share (they were all gone). Then, I went over to my computer to "retrieve" through my email, and it wouldn't send it over because I tried to use a diff computer than the one I hunted on, even though it was saved.

....I was told they do that to keep people from hacking into other people's email programs to retrieve (steal) their coupons. Moral--always use your own computer to retrieve and print. I hope this saves someone else!

Unless you didn't get the "Thanks, your coupon was sent" screen, it sounds like a glitch with ON. Your e-mail inbox is your e-mail inbox no matter what computer you use. You should have been able to retrieve it. Just like I can get mine thru Gmail no matter what computer I use. Ridiculous. Sorry you lost it! Heartbreaking, I know! I still would like a big coupon as well. The site was slow when I was trying to figure out the hiding spots. Way too many people on the site at once.
I mean you MAKE the coupon and SEND it to your email right away, not just type it in and leave it there o_o to look for more!?! and you had a 50? just doesn't make sense to me.
yeah, I feel stupid. I pressed enter after entering my info and then the coupon comes up and it says they will "keep the coupon safe" for me. I thought I could just retrieve it later then, since they had my email and it went through. I didnt mean to offend anyone or rub anyone the wrong way and I def am not even asking for a coupon, since i never included my email here. I just wanted people to know so they were careful it didnt happen to them. Like I said, hope it helps someone :)

I have to say I am so over this by now! Every week I wait by the computer and get excited when it is updating. And every week these "coupon sellers" clog up the site and all the good coupons are gone in basically seconds.
I think old navy needs to get smart and reward those of us who are actually using the coupon or validate our email when we go to use the coupon or something. I don't think this is fair and I am sure I am not the only person getting fed up with this.
I really dont think I am going to be part of the hoopla next week-It is just not worth it anymore...
there was a lot of problems with a lot of computers yesterday. when it updated it was showing last weeks screen and some still are. after about 10 minutes it fianlly went to the new one but the big ones were all gone.
