I was wondering the same thing, then I went back to the clues posted on this website that say click on yellow sweater, then exit out of the 15% off, click on the blue sweater and then click on a heart. Man that's hard, I couldn't catch one.

For the 25% you have to wait for the falling leaves in the upper right corner
