I WENT TO AN "OLD NAVY" THAT WOULDN'T DO THE PRICE ADJUSTMENT AND THEY GOT THEIR A$$ES CHEWED OUT WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER SER AND MADE A STINK ABOUT IT. THE SO CALLED "MANAGER" WHO WOULDN'T ALLOW IT, HAD TO PERSONALY APPOLOGIZE TO ME AND DO THE PRICE ADJUSTMENT. LISTEN TO WHAT THE DUMMY DID............... IN ERROR SHE RETURNED THE WHOLE ENTIRE $379.67 PURCHASE BACK TO MY CARD !!!!! THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS TO PEOPLE WHO MAKE UP THEIR OWN RULES. THEY GET PUNISHED. ALL I DID WAS GO BACK TO GET MY 27.50 REIMBURSEMENT AND GOT ALL OF IT BACK. YEAH ME !!! WOOO HOOO !! LOVE YA OLD NAVY - KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB !!

I work for the company, and we do not allow price adjustments for one day wonders.. sorry!

At the Old Navy I work at my manager doesn't allow people to do price adjustments on the one day wonder items. People tried to do it during the flip flop sale and she didn't allow it. Other stores might be different though

I would suggest calling your nearest store and asking if they do price adjustments. Ours will not do price adjustments nor will they accept coupons for these sales.

I just happened to buy several last saturday and the sales girl told me to make sure and save the receipt and bring it back on Saturday and they'd give me credit for up to 5 of them.

I paid 7.50 each so for a credit of 5.50 each for 5 shirts that's $27.50. Well worth standing in line for. She said I only have to bring the receipt in. Sounds like a good deal to me.
