I just tried to sign up my girls (ages 8 and 6 next week). I learned two things:
1) it is for kids age 3 and under
2) you have to sign up at least 4 weeks in advance in order to get it in time for their birthday (or else you wait until the next year).
Hope this info helps someone. :)
My son turns 3 on October 27th! =)
