It's usually free for download at intuit's website. so this is not a great deal.
The normal free edition here - http://quickbooks.intuit.com/product/accounting-software/free-accounting-software.jsp - only allows for up to 2o customer and vendor contacts, whereas the one that Tara links is for the full edition with 10,000+ customer and vendor contacts.
This can be a Money Maker if you buy from Staples.com. Its still Free after rebate, but there are $25 off $75 coupons floating around the internet and ebay.
