The coffee had a very fishy odor. I tried brewing a cup and it also smelled of fish. I contacted Seattle Best and was sent a coupon for a free pound of Starbuck's coffee which arrived after the expiration date. I wrote them again and they sent me an apology with another coupon for a pound of Starbuck's. I had no idea that Seattle Best Coffee and Starbuck's were the same but I was happy to receive the coupon even though it was 2 pounds less than my cousin had purchased. PS I didn't tell my cousin. I told her the coffee was delicious. The one I got with the coupon was. My cousin went to Seattle and bought me 3 pounds of Seattle Best Coffee. The coffee had a very fishy odor. It has a really funky taste and I was very disappointed. So I emailed them on a Saturday. By Friday of that week I received a Thank You letter and a whole bunch of coupons for free product and discount coupons. They Thanked me for the feed back and would do everything they could to improve their product and win me back. So I am a firm believer in giving gentle feedback on products. Whether it ws good or bad. Very nice. Several years ago I tried the Blue Bunny frozen yogurt. It has a really funky taste and I was very disappointed. So I emailed them on a Saturday. By Friday of that week I received a Thank You letter and a whole bunch of coupons for free product and discount coupons. They Thanked me for the feed back and would do everything they could to improve their product and win me back.
