I had the same captcha problems. Then I attempted to enter my Pepsi log in information and it worked. It's possible the captcha is not working because of a current registration under another Pepsi brand.

I won a B1G1F on Monday and won one again today. When I went to print the coupon for today BRICKS wouldn't let me. Said I had already printed the number I was allowed. THAT BITES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And is so unfair.
Same happened here! Totally lame, and they don't have a # or addy to ask them about it.
That happened to me too, but I hit the back button and then refresh and it finally printed my coupon. Give that a try next time.
I found a number and just called. You are only able to win a BOGO 4 times, so once it's printed 4 times, it won't print again. I told the girl that wasn't exactly fair, but she really didn't seem to care (she was nice, but I guess BOGO coupons are the least of her worries). Just thought I'd let you know!

Won BOGO twice (printed 4). Then when I won BOGO today- no more prints. Anyone know where there is a terms/conditions/rules page that might tell how many prints you can hve. Tried the "help" via bricks which usually give you a chance to have the coupon mailed to you- but was not an option for this coupon

It would have been nice if somebody would have warned me that if your pop-up blocker is not turned off BEFORE you click "redeem my coupon", you will lose your coupon. I won, and got NOTHING. FML.
