I do this ALL the time! So good!

Also try cinnamon sugar for a sweet side! (I use veg. oil instead of olive oil in this case.)

I did peel them in this instance. I've never tried unpeeled sweet potatoes actually, but I often leave the peels on our regular potatoes. I'll have to try it!

The recipe looks great...I went through and printed the coupon, but it came out very blurry. You can't read the workding and the bar code is fuzzy.

I absolutely love sweet potato fries, but I can't get my husband or daughter to eat them so I usually buy the frozen ones from Trader Joes that I can make in single servings for myself. These look really good though. I'll have to try this recipe though now that my step-son has declared himself a vegetarian.

I do this with Tastefully Simples Dried Tomato Garlic Pesto...but the season salt is MUCH cheaper...so I will def try your way!!

Looks tasty, Tara! I will definitely be trying these out on my girls! My 4-yr-old doesn't like french fries, either. {And those sweet potatoes are VERY hard to slice, lol!}
