I think I have still have the paper they mailed with that figure saying they had to change the toy because of safety concerns and that it wasn't the "rocket-firing" figure advertised to start with. I believe it was supposed to be spring-loaded. Wonder how this figure will be different from the one offered back in the 1970s or 1980s?
