I did a quick search on several coupon forums and it looks like there are numerous stores on the East Coast included... but unfortunately, Rite Aid, CVS, Target and Walmart do not appear to be eligible. You may want to call the phone number to make sure... would hate to see you spend the money and not get the rebate.

I'm on the phone with the Kimberly Clark rebate customer service....Walmart, Target and BJ's are NOT on the list. When asked if I could obtain a copy of WHERE the rebate will be honored, she said they don't have a printed list anywhere. I thought this was kind of crappy! oh well! :(
