If you have lots of stockpiled free bodywash, you can also make foaming soap by using a ratio of about 1:4 (1 part soap, 4 parts water). Fill the container slowly with the water. The "lotion" soaps don't work well, but the liquid ones work great!
I have tons of bodywash and I'd like to give this a try...Which ones are the "lotion" ones? I have the Dove, Olay, Caress, Tone, Softsoap bodywash brands, and also wonder if it works wth kids/babies body wash (Huggies, Gerber, etc)
Tara, you are beyond sweet. Thanks for the linky, my friend! xoxo -Amy
I grabbed some basic foaming soap dispensers a couple years ago and just dilute whatever soap I have, it goes a LOT further, 1:4 or 1:5 depending on how thick it is with water and away you go! Great if you have little people who like lots of soap, it foams which looks like more and even a couple pumps is going to be less soap than a regular dispenser :D
I love Dr. Bronner's Peppermint soap! so good and such an intensely real peppermint smell . . .which I love!!!
