Krogers no longer allows you to stack the ecoupons and manufacturers coupons. Also if you have a ecoupon and purchase that item, it is going to take the value of that coupon versus the paper coupon, whether it is more or less. Looks like it will still be cheaper in the long run to use your paper coupons at Walmart :/

It would be good if you removed or updated this post since it is not longer relevant. It's the first one that popped up in Google when I typed "Can I use Kroger E coupons with a manufacturer coupon?", and it may mislead peole who are looking for a quick answer without reading this full post.

Mandy,
Yes, the policy has recently changed. This post was originally posted in April when Kroger was still allowing stacking of certain ecoupons. They have now changed their policy.

I have been told by customer service that these are considered manufacturer's coupons and are not stackable. Some I had did not ring up correctly and they required me to give a UPC and also scan my receipt in order to get credit. They would not give credit for items I also had a paper coupon for.

I was not able to register online. According to the site there are no Dillons (Kroger) stores in Wichita, KS or Hutchinson, KS. The site did not recognize half a dozen different zip codes for either town. Kind of strange as Hutchinson, KS is the original home for Dillons and still has a major distribution center there.
