The Betty Crocker Pouch potatoes are now on sale for .85 at my Kroger (greater Cincinnati area). They took the catalina signs down, but it's still working (there are catalina signs up on the boxed potatoes, though).

I can't wait to try the potatoes Cat deal on the pouches! Haven't heard for sure whether or not it'll work here in Texas.

I just got 27 pouches of BC potatoes at my Kroger, plus 3 gallons of milk, 2 12 oz loaves of bread (with coupons), and a 12-pk of Big K diet pop...all for $1.47, because I kept using the $3 catalina to pay for the next order, and the pouches were on sale. What I learned from this: instead of using the catalina to pay for the next order, over and over again, next time I'll just pay for each order out of pocket and collect all the catalina coupons for a future purchase. I was afraid I was going to annoy the cashier (I used U Scan, but still had to hand coupons to the cashier) and be told not to do this anymore. I finally did that in the end (just pay and hold on to the catalinas), and have $9 for my next order (these were counted when I calculated the $1.47 above).
