I bought the Similac liquid and it was on sale at my Kmart for $5.45 so it was 1.45 each, plus I realized the coupon/checks they send you in the mail are good on all the formula.... so I got 4 of them for .45 cents and was very proud of myself.

I rolled my $14 cat into the P&G deal. If I only bought the P&G products to reach $40, I would have only spent $1.50 oop plus tax after using my $14 cat(with 7 doubled coupons). I spent 12.60 oop and received the $14 CAT oyno. I've posted an even better scenario to receive the $14 CAT too. I hope it helps someone else out. The scenario doesn't include any diapers. Just a heads up, children's clothing and toys were clearanced at really low prices when I went today. I don't usually look in these areas, but I needed to find the Pictureka game and found some really cute "old fashioned" looking Fisher Price toys marked down to $5.50 from $15. Then when I went for the Johnson's swabs and found huge racks of clothes clearanced, shirts and pants for $3 and less! I've noticed to that since Sears bought Kmart, their clothes (children's at least) are a lot better quality than I ever remember them being. Guess the coupon days strategy worked on me, but a good deal is a good deal, and I got to use my $5/$50 coupon!

I've called FIVE K-marts within a 25 mi radius of my house in Richmond, Va and NONE of them are participating in the double coupon event. ughhh.

My Kmart had everything messed up!!! The GM Cereal would not ring up 4/$6. The lady in front of me was having the same problem. My cashier told me that sale was over. I said, Manager please! Finally got that mess straight... then when I did my coupons, 2 of them would not double!! Had to get the manager again. He told me, it was because I had already gotten 1 item (deodorant) for free with my coupons doubling, the system wouldn't let me do it again... So, I put those 2 items back and I was done!

My Kmart lets you use as many coupons as you like, as long as it is on;ly 1 coupon per item. My total was $100.93, but I only paid .55 OOP! SWEET!

Kmart seems to be getting more coupons in their system because the doubles all went very smoothly this round. The best thing of all is the register printed out $5/$25 health & beauty coupons so using this combined with my doubles I was able to spend only a few pennies over sales tax for my transactions. We have 4 local Kmarts so I followed the 10 rule and made 4 runs today. I bought $263.26 worth of items for $26.18 and most all the balance was sales tax and a couple 90% clearance items without coupons too good to pass up (like Chicago Cubs baseball caps for $1) . They had some nice sales to tie in with my coupons this round : )

I ended up spending more at Kmart than I had anticipated. When I got home I looked over my receipt only to notice that on 6 items I bought they charged more than the advertised price. I noticed this last time I was at Kmart as well. I'm going back tomorrow to dispute it. Just make sure to check over your receipt. This was at the Olentangy River Rd location in Columbus.

This was my first time doing the K-mart double coupons, my Super K-mart (Terre Haute, Indiana) was participating but did strictly follow the 10 item, $25 purchase (before coupon) rule. I have to say I enjoyed the challenge of getting stuff darn near free..my total was $35 and I spent $11 ($3.50 was spent purchasing 2 Sunday papers for the P&G coupons which were great with this sale). Got free Pantene shampoo and conditioner, Oral B toothbrushes for 19 cents each, 2 Secret deodorant for 49 cents each, free Dri-idea deodorant, Edge shaving gel for the hubbs for 49 cents, etc...was a great adventure, thanks for posting about this sale! :)

I asked about using extra coupons, that didn't need to be doubled, when I first arrived. They said "Sure" This helped me a lot. I was able to use some of my coupons for "free" items to get my total up to $50 before coupons and use the $5/$50 coupon (which she took, no questions, and it scanned with no beeps!) I don't know if this will happen for everyone but I wanted to get those "Free" Purina Mighty Dog cans (coupon found in the 6/14SS) so I took them with me. They were priced at $.62, but when she scanned the coupon, it went through for $1, I can't imagine why, other than it said "Good for a free 5.5 oz can or $1 off any other size" I told the woman that I thought the coupon was doubling and that I didn't want those to be a part of my 10 limit, but she argued with me and wouldn't change them. Then when all of my 10 doubled fine, I said whatever?! I had 21 coupons so the $.38 overage on each one brought my total down to $1.96 and I got a boatload of stuff, boy was I excited! Thanks for this post, I got some stuff for free that I really needed and had such a great trip!

My store (in Erlanger, KY) was not adhering to the 10 Q rule. I went up to the reg w/10 Qs and saw the lady in front of me hand over a HUGE pile w/no problem, so I asked the cashier if they were following the rule and she said she hadn't heard of that. Then she read her little sign and saw that it did have that rule on there, so she asked her manager, and was told that they were not following that rule. Needless to say I did a U-turn and added a bunch more stuff to my cart before checking out.

Went bright and early this morning and subtotal was $111 before coupons, $33 after coupons! After reading the deals here, I realized I missed a bunch, but I'm super happy with my finds today. It's a shame they don't carry certain items at my local store- such as Bic Soleil razors, multiple sizes on many health & beauty items, and many of the other brands walmart carries. Oh well, can't really complain about the savings!
