They did the same for all my pampers coupons and pull ups. you can combine all those coupons and get the big boxes for next to nothing. So, I went back in the store the customer service rep gave me $4 back. As I was leaving the store I realized that I spent over $20 after Q so shouldn't I received $3.00 catalina? I think so! I then asked to talk to the manager! The manager, Marilyn played DUMB and asked me where I saw the promo? May I add that it is advertised all over their store! So, I took her to the diaper section and showed it to her. She then said that I can't combine coupon with coupon??? huh??? I politely told her that I wasn't combining my coupon with any coupon...it was their PROMOTION. She was being rude and I said that's OK, I will take care of it when I call your corporate office tomorrow! After hearing CORPORATE, she offered to give me $3 in cash.
