Among all the other great coupons in Sunday’s paper was a brown paper bag from Office Max for 20% off everything you can fit into the bag. Tablets are included this time in the sale. Didn’t get the bag in your paper? Print a coupon to take with you to Office Max this week. Here’s how to get this great deal:
Kindle Fire, $199
20% brown bag discount coupon
$159.20 after discount!
(Thanks, Look Before Spending!)

I did that deal on Sunday! My store didn’t have any in stock. They let me order it and get it delivered to my house with the 20% off!! I also did it x3. (One for my mom, husband and son.)
Christy
That’s awesome! I wonder if I could get that lucky? I noticed in the fine print for in-store purchases it says “20% discount applies to in-stock items only.” I think I’m going to call before I go.
Christy
Update…I called this morning to see if they had any in stock and if I could use the coupon. They said they had none in stock, but if I came in with the coupon she could order one for me with the 20% discount. So I went on my lunch break today and ordered it. Should arrive in 7-14 days!
Lisa
Their website does say “in store only”, so they won’t let you order online. :( There’s not one close enough to me to justify the savings vs the drive/gas.
Donna
I was able to get 2 Nook Color E-Tablets, the protective jackets, and a pack of screen protectors this afternoon! The Nook Color is a touchscreen with more memory and Wi-Fi retailing at 249.00, but get $50.00 off with the coupon!!! It was a wonderful day of savings!
Michelle
I called the store and you can use the 20% off on tablets, too. Yeah. I think I might be going to pick up a tablet.
There is a 20% off code for online, but from what I was reading on the exclusions, it excludes most electronics, bummer.
Maybe you can call a local store and see if you can order one from the store with the coupon.

I got the kindle touch for my 9 year old for her birthday. Only $83 including tax! Much cheaper than the $149 I saw at Christmas time. :)

I purchased my Kindle Fire from Best Buy last week and they have a price guarantee. This morning I went to customer service, showed them my Office Max bag, and they immediately gave me the credit which I then used to buy their guarantee. Thanks for the heads up!

I’m so sad, we have not been able to find any in our store………. and they won’t give a raincheck………. sob!!!!!
Tara Kuczykowski
Debbie, you should ask if they will order it for you like other stores have done for some of the readers above.
Cameron
called my Office Max and they are out, plus were super busy and didn’t wanna talk at that second…I’m going to go in and see if they can order one as per some of the above comments…
but…I’m pretty surprised that they are honoring the special, as the Fire is closer to an e-reader than a tablet, and e-readers are excluded in the coupon.
all else fails, I’ll get it at Target…I work there, so I’d get it for 15% off (with the RedCard)…and *might* be able to get a PriceMatch
Val
Cameron, on the paper back, right before the tablets, it lists the eReaders as being included in the sale! So whatever you would classify the Kindle Fire, it’s part of the 20% off promotion!
Cameron
Val – you’re right…I guess I was reading the 2nd set of “fine print” on the coupon…there was a * and a **
:D
regardless…I heard from my local store that they are on backorder company wide and can’t say how quickly one could arrive…
my in town location said they could order one, but no 20%…luckily, another location in a nearby town, claims that they will honor the 20% on my order
got a few days before the promo ends, gonna try to get Target to pricematch…I wanna play with my new toy!!! :D
Cameron
been wondering…how did they come up with $159.20??
20% off $199.99 would be $159.99…
