I am using this rewards prog first time. I have got some points. The prob is I dont know what to do with "can baby make bubbles?" instant game. Is there any clue that how to play this game? I have already lost 3 points :( plz help

by the way, did you know you can also donate your points? huggies is working with a cool charity kaboom to build playgrounds in neighborhoods where kids don't have a place to play. check their page out: http://www.kaboom.org/huggies when you donate your points, it helps huggies pay for new playgrounds. pretty cool. they're building a playground together in tucson this week. can't wait to see hte pictures!

I also had a GREAT experience with customer service all of my tabs stuck to the diaper, I had to peel them off and some of them ripped the actual diaper! I called explained my problem got a coupon for free pack and some more high dollar amount coupons. Like you said don't complain to get a free pack...that's just wrong (plus you have to provide the barcode from the diaper) But overall I was extremely happy with huggies they are the only diapers I use for both of my kids! And I ALWAYS find great deals :)

Nothing yet, but I did have a busted pack of Huggies a while back. They seemed hard and they leaked. I sent customer service an email and they sent me a coupon for a free pack of Jumbo Huggies and also 3 or 4 $1 off coupons to Eli Lilly. I wouldn't suggest complaining just to get the free coupons, but I would suggest providing feedback whenever possible! I have to admit, it will encourage me to use Huggies again, even after the free pack. That was great customer service I think... now to win those Starbucks gift cards.............. =)
