doesn’t it deduct $10?

Oops, you’re right! I’ll fix that.

I just want to make sure I have this right before I go since my Wags is a bit of a drive for me ;) but the total after the coupons falls below $25, and that’s not a problem for the rebate? Also the link listed next to the mention of the rebate above brought me to a page that talks about the coupon book for the month. Did I miss something? Could very well be :) Just want to figure this all out before I go! Thanks!!

Yes, the rebate is mentioned in the April coupon booklet. The form will automatically print at checkout, and it appears that it’s being triggered by the pre-coupon total.

I can never find that infant care book. Is it only at select stores or do you get it some other way? I’ve asked before and they have no idea what I’m talking about.
Tara Kuczykowski
Many stores will just accept the discount code if you give it to them, so you could try asking them to enter 2844.
Amber
Where would the booklet be if my store has it?
Lind
I have seen the Infant Care Book by the pharmacy and in the baby aisle. Check both places and if they don’t have it ask the manager if they have any copies left.

I find my baby care book on the counter in cosmetics

This mail in rebate for the whole month or only this week.
Since i cant go shopping this week because of my car.

The rebate is valid for the duration of the April coupon booklet; however, the diapers are only on sale for $5.99 through Saturday.

I got in an argument with the cashier yesterday because she wouldn’t apply my infant care booklet coupon to more than one packet of the diapers. I ended up just leaving. Anyone else have experience with this?

Update: I went to a different store and she took the coupon – no problem, scanned it once and it applied to all 4 packages I bought! So it showed on my receipt as -$8.00 not as four separate -$2.00 transactions. To me that suggests that the computer is doing all the work as far as knowing what to apply it to.
Also as far as telling them the code, I haven’t tried it, but my sister in law went in and used the code I told her and they had no problem processing it – it was the same store I went to for this post.
I think they are just smarter at that store!

I just had an issue with this problem and called corporate about it. Waiting to hear back from them about it. It seems that it only deducts the $2.00 off coupon once on multiple purchases. Also they wouldn’t let me keep the coupon. I hope this is a mistake because it always deducted multiples before!

I just was at my Walgreen in Chicago and they tried to enter in the coupon code and woudn’t work. She tried at the end of the transaction and still nothing. I almost was tempted to leave them, but needed the diapers.
Did anyone have problems with them entering in just the code. The cashier said maybe because it was a new week it wouldn’t work.

Is 2844 the code we tell the cashier to get the coupon credit, even if we don’t have the coupon? When I went in to my Wags, I was told that the Infant Care Booklets only came out in June and other “baby” months. lol
Diane
I had my cashier put in the code a couple of weeks ago and it took $2 off per package. Coupon was supposed to be good through 12/31/11. Anyone get the coupon to work this week? Diane

One of my Wags says they have to physically take the coupon now, to keep folks from overusing the coupons. They said it won’t take the “code” anymore. Corporate got wind of the coupon being used on BOGO sales and they stopped it….
Tried to enter code at another store and it didn’t work. Wasn’t worth it for me to get the diapers.
Diane
Code wouldn’t work this morning! Always worked in the past. Guess they put a stop to it.

My store didn’t have any Infant Care Booklets, either. I did have $10 RR’s, though, so, after my rebate, I will have paid $11.13 for 3 packs diapers, and 2 packs of wipes refills. Still not a bad deal. I haven’t ever used Walgreen’s diapers, so I hope they aren’t terrible! LoL
