Corn on the Cob Grilled.
Buy the sweet corn with husks on the cob and the full ear of corn. Cook on grill without opening the corn, rotate every five minutes, with every once in a while beer slightly over the bundle of ears. cook about 25 minutes until full ear of corn is brown all around the corn ear. Pull back the husk with the corn still attached to the green ear of corn and expose full ear of corn all around.
The green ear of corn makes for a good holder while you eat the corn, flavor with salt and butter, rolled over butter brick. Awsome.
I have been making this for everyone at the Memorial Day picnic every year since the early nineteen ninedies and everyone loved it so much, that even when I haven’t attended the last two years of the picnic everyone always wants the corn on the cob cooked the same way.
