Grateful Giveaways #1: HP ePrint Printer + $25 Snapfish Credit

by Tara Kuczykowski on August 17, 2011 · 962 comments

To kick off our back-to-school event, we have an exciting giveaway from HP and Snapfish!

HP ePrint technology allows students to print homework assignments, notes and more from their mobile device, the same way they would send an email, giving students the ability to print from virtually anywhere. Parents can also share their ePrint address with teachers and administrators, making it easy to communicate about upcoming conferences, report cards, permission slips or assignments on an unexpected sick day.

ePrint-enabled printers start at just $79, blending convenience and affordability for busy families!

Snapfish by HP is the number one online personal publishing service, offering custom photo gifts and supplies! Snapfish isn’t just for photos or gifts; students of all ages can personalize their school gear to show off their personality and style:

I've owned a lot of printers, and they're all pretty similar for the most part. But I have to say that I love the functionality of the ePrint option on this new HP printer. I can't tell you how many times I've been away from home and wanted to print something, and now I can walk in the door and it's waiting for me on my printer -- so convenient!

Not only that, but others can send items to your printer as well. Of course you'll want to be judicious about who you give the printer email address too, but just think about the possibilities...

One lucky Deal Seeking Mom reader will win an HP ePrint Printer and $25 Snapfish.com gift card!

Entry is simple! You just need to answer the question below by leaving a comment on this site! You can even gain up to 3 bonus entries for doing each additional item listed (just make sure that you leave one entry for each one – up to a total of 4 comments.) As a reminder, comments left on Facebook, Twitter or other posts will not be included.

REQUIRED ENTRY:

Leave a comment. How would an internet-connected printer make your life easier? Who would you share your ePrint email address with (teachers, family, committees, etc.)?

BONUS ENTRIES:

1. Follow Deal Seeking Mom in a reader or via e-mail updates.

2. Follow Deal Seeking Mom on Facebook or Twitter.

3. Follow HP Snapfish on Facebook.

This giveaway will remain open until 11:59 p.m. EST, Tuesday, 8/23. Any comments left after this cut-off will not be counted. The winner will be selected randomly and will be notified via email within 48 hours after the close of the contest.

This giveaway is part of the Grateful Giveaways Back-to-School Event being hosted by myself and 9 other bloggers. You can increase your chances of winning this prize (as well as all of the others on this site), by visiting each of them and entering the same way as you did here. You have plenty of time to get to all of them, since the contest will be open for five full days.

If you haven’t already done so, you might want to print out this spreadsheet to help guide you through all of the entries on all of the blogs.

As one final reminder, you will want to check out the terms of the giveaway by visiting the Grateful Giveaways: Celebrating Back to School Facebook page. Just click on the Terms tab on the left side of the page. (Note that by entering this contest, you agree that you have read the terms and are eligible to enter this contest).

Disclosure: I received the same gift package that the winner will be receiving to facilitate my review. I did not receive any compensation to write this post. The opinions are all mine!

Having this printer would allow my husband to print things off for us while he is at work. Now he saves things as a PDF and emails them for me to print. This would cut down on a few steps.

I receive your emails.

An internet-connected printer would be great! I'm currently moving my laptop over to the printer and hooking it up whenever I need to print. I'd share my address with my family and coworkers.

Would love to have this printer! There are 6 people in the house so would be utilized often.

9 Sara Belvin August 23, 2011 at 3:38 pm

It would make life so easy for my family if we had this. Less time trying to plug a printer cord into a laptop or having to go upstairs to print something.

10 Jennifer S. August 23, 2011 at 3:41 pm

As a working mom with a child about to start Kindergarten, this printer would definitely help make my life easier. I work on a computer all day and am constantly having to email links to things to my home email address so that I can go home and print it. In addition, my home printer just went out a few weeks ago! This would be perfect for me. :)

With only one prints in the house that you still have to plug into is a pain in the butt.

17 jeanie August 23, 2011 at 4:03 pm

would love the printer with 2 freshman boys.

18 Sandra August 23, 2011 at 4:03 pm

I'd share the address with our parent leadership committee (we can't call it a PTA - since we don't pay due to that organization) for committee reports. I'd love a wireless printer, right now we have to put everything on a thumbdrive after saving it as a pdf, or walk a laptop over and plug into the usb...big pain!

27 alissa August 23, 2011 at 5:21 pm

Simple! I like simple! My life is not simple, but I would like it to be! An all in one sounds like heaven!!

This printer sounds amazing! I am a busy mom, going to school and have two boys in sports! I usually do emails while sitting in car line. It would be great to print from my car! Also, could print coupons while sitting at the table during homework time. Would share this with our teachers and my husband!

44 Kim August 23, 2011 at 5:53 pm

My whole family could use this printer for back-to-school projects that we now have to run to the library to print.

45 Jennifer August 23, 2011 at 5:55 pm

I get emails on my phone, including school email. Sometimes, there are things that I need to print but by the time I get home to check my email, I've forgotten about it or got distracted! It would be great if I could just forward the email to my printer.
