The cashier said it was against policy to take free item coupons. I had her call the line mgr over & asked her, she said they don't take coupons if they beep when you scan them. She proceeded to push some buttons on the cash register then tried scanning the coupons & they beeped. She tossed them back towards me & said sorry & walked off. The cashier went back to working & her cash register beeped, she then looked at her screen & asked the air "why did she lock my register?" My reply was probably so my coupons would beep. They refused to honor an ad where I was supposed to get free items & there was a specific price listed. Since the coupon clearly says "up to $6.98, they shouldn't squabble w/ it, right? Back to me, before I even got the items, I asked at customer service. They said yes but, when I had them checking out, the manager said no. Ultimately, I got them.
