Why won't it let me open this? Windows says the file type is unknown???

I went directly to http://www.tylenol.com and it still tells me the same thing.
I received something like this in the past, I liked the eye mask better than the one I bought from walmart because the elastic was better, but it also came with ear plugs and an ear plug case - I think this was something that was mailed in from the paper. I hope I'm in one of the first come, first serve.

Hmm not sure it's working right. The state is a req field, yet you can't select a state so you can't order it.

I got the message that you had to save a file on your computer too.
I was able to send the form out by reading the privacy policy, click out of the link when you're done, and then click send again.

I got this same message three times, BUT when i clicked the back button and CHECK off that I agree to have emails sent to me on promo offers, it went through! you should give that a try...

It was doing that for me this morning too, and then it finally worked so I figured they've fixed it. I'd say just try again later and hopefully it will go through!

Yup clicking on the privacy policy first worked for me, got an error the first time, tried it again this time clicking on the privacy policy and got a thank you message.
I normally use FF and was having the same issue (the save file). So, I tried it on IE and it worked!
