I tried to register and the offer or sweepstakes is not available to Oregon Residents ~ only certain states...
None for AZ either. I signed up my brother in MO though!

I did it and the website accepted my recipe. I got a 'Thank You' when I submitted the recipe but no coupon:( I hope they email it to me!
They state that you will get your coupon upon approval of your recipe.
