Here's a great back-to-school offer from JCPenney!  You can schedule an appointment at your local JCPenney Salon for your kids (grades K-6th) to get a FREE Haircut!  Kids' haircuts are offered FREE the entire month of August at every JCPenney salon.  It's probably a good idea to call your local salon now to make your appointment - these times will most likely fill up fast!
