JC Penney will have FREE haircuts for kids every Sunday starting on November 4th.  You can schedule an appointment at your local JCPenney Salon for your kids (grades K-6th).  It's probably a good idea to call your local salon soon to make your appointment - these times will most likely fill up fast!
