I thought it was pretty cool of P&G to do this too. :)
I think the site has frozen up or something....I keep trying to click "Nominate" and it just keeps going back to the same page...

Very disappointed... it took my personal information (step 1) but then kept reloading the page and not allowing me to go to step 2... which I assume is where you type about the teacher you'd like to nominate!! Emailed the contact email, but we'll see. Wish they'd get it WORKING!!!

I kept trying and it finally let me nominate but I didn't get the offer... Does it come in the mail? or coupons to your email. Hope to hear back from someone!
It told me the candle would be mailed to my home in, I think, 10-14 days.
I was able to sign up and nominate but I did not see a coupon. I assume they send it when they send the letter.
Same issue here - I was able to fill out the form and nominate a teacher, but no coupon, not even a mention of a freebie.
