Roxannalap, I don't think it's case sensitive; however, I don't think this particular promotion is still valid. This post is from February, so maybe that's the reason you're having a problem.

I have tried to text "exactley as asked" and always receive a did not go through message try again. Is this case senstive?

I've done this for several months and have never received anything outside of the response (occasionally responses) that you get when you text in a code for a freebie.

I've participated in ShopText for a few weeks, Sally, and I haven't received one extra text or sales call on my cell. I can't be for sure that I won't ever get any extra texts, but I can't imagine them being able to make sales calls since there was no checked agreement saying that I am allowing soliciting calls. As of now, I can say that I have been completely left alone, besides the text I get in response letting me know my items are in the mail. :)
