I tried to get the free duster and it keeps coming back saying there is a problem with the website

When I tried, they asked for profile changes. I added to my profile and they said there was a problem with the web site. I tried again to get the duster and it went thru that time. Maybe if you try again it will go thru. Worth a try.

I also tried at 11PM... and the website is still not working ......
I have tried since 1pm and each time I try to register it gives me an error message stating "oops", there is a problem and they are working to fix it. I have spent 10 1/2 hours trying to register so i can request this item. This doesn't look to good. Would love some help.

Same here! I just "joined" this morning and no matter where I started
from to get the free Swiffer Duster, I got the "oops" screen! Making me suspicious about the integrity of this website. Already seems to have wasted my valuable time!
Now it says all the samples are gone. I'm already registered with Vocalpoint and tried last night and this morning to confirm my address. I don't understand how sites can offer these deals and not have the technology to back them up. Very frustrating!
I had the same problem, tried at least 20 times, kept getting the oops page. I did email them like it suggested but have not heard anything back from them. Oh well, maybe next time.
