If it's meant for that specific audience and they figure out that it's "gone viral"...well, heck, it was only a 1-minute free phone call, right?

Tried calling the number for a box on my birthday, once again nout.I've tried calling numerous times in the past year. Seems like a big company like Lipton could do a little better than this. I live in a small rural town and we don't get coupons in our newspaper. Sure would appreciate some coupons or such. We drink tea at our house every day.
