There's no limit on the number of reviews you can write, as long as they are legit. Redeem your credit for your favorite baby products in the Franklin Goose store.

My wife did this and ended up with a nearly $200 credit since she reviewed a ton of items (she's a nanny and along with the stuff our son has, she's been exposed to tons of products). This seems almost too good to be true. There's no way this site can afford to give away so much stuff for free. We're just waiting for the email saying "Oops... we messed up and can't honor your order". We'll see what happens.

Same here, I don't see where you write your reviews!

At the top of the blog page, go to Shop or go straight to http://www.franklingoose.com. When you get to the website, click Register and set up an account. Once you set up an account, you find a product you own/use. Double click on that product and it will take you to the description of the product. There will show average rating and number of reviews. There is also a link for you to add your review. It worked really simple. We'll see if we get the credits.

Figured out how to write a review, but how do you get the credit?

10 jamie March 25, 2010 at 9:38 am

You have to actually go to the site http://www.franklingoose.com and crate an account then when you click on a product it says add your thoughts. (which is your review)

Does anyone know when and how we will get the credit due us?

Reply

12 Anna March 25, 2010 at 10:39 am

There's a link to register on the upper right hand corner of the site. To review, you click on the product you want to review, then click on add your thoughts. Oh, you have to go to the website though, not the blog, http://www.franklingoose.com

I also don't see how to know what your credit is. I agree it seems to good to be true. I guess we'll wait and see.

I just called the Franklin Goose #1-773-423-4709. The customer service rep. didn't know where on the my account screen to go to see store credits. So I thought maybe if I make a purchase my credits would be deducted from my total purchase. NO, didn't happen. Let me know if anyone can find out where to go to view store credits.

Unfortunately, I wasnt paying attention to what my wife was doing, so I'm not sure where and when the credits showed up. But she made it sound like they were instantly available for use after she posted the review.

If anyone figures out where we find our credits, please post! I've looked all over, don't see my credits.

According to their blog post they have to approve each review before you receive your credit. I'm sure at this point they've been inundated with reviews, so it will take some time to weed through them. ;)

their website says that we have until march 31st to write reviews AND they have to review them because they 'won't accept bologna' so i bet your account will show credits 'approved' AFTER 3/31.

i was just wondering...where does the credit show up? I see where you can go to your account...but from there i'm confused.

From what I've heard from other people who have received their credit, it'll show up under MY ACCOUNT details. If its not there, they might just not have gotten to it yet or it wasn't legitimate.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE GOING UNDER AND HAVE BEEN SLANDERING THEIR VENDORS ON FACEBOOK AND OTHER BLOG SITES. THEIR AFFILIATES ARE NOT BACKING THEM BECAUSE THEY DO NOT FILL ORDERS ON TIME, AND THEN FRANKLIN GOOSE CHIDES THEIR AFFILIATES AND CRITICIZES THOSE WHO SPEAK OUT AGAINST THEM. THEY TELL LIES ABOUT HOW PEOPLE ARE COMMENTING AND VENDORS LIKE MYSELF ARE ABANDONING THIS COMPANY IN DROVES. THEY TROLL ALL THE SITES TO ARGUE WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS, RATHER THAN USING THAT MANPOWER TO FILL THE ORDERS THEY’RE SUPPOSED TO BE FILLING! NOT SURE HOW LONG THIS POST WILL BE ON THIS SITE, AS THEY ARE HABITUALLY NOTORIOUS FOR DELETING ANY AND ALL NEGATIVE POSTS. DO US ALL A FAVOR: COPY THIS MESSAGE AND POST IT TO AS MANY WEBSITES AND BLOGS AS YOU CAN QUICKLY! DO YOUR RESEARCH…..YOU WILL SEE HOW UNPROFESSIONAL AND CROOKED THIS COMPANY IS.

Yes, screaming at people is going to help.
*eyeroll*

They aren't going under. The rest is pretty true though.

I will NEVER do business with them and this is why:

To all of our loyal customers,

We are writing to update you on the status of the promotion. As you may know, we were overwhelmed by an enormous number of reviews submitted in connection with the promotion, and we thank all of you who followed the rules and wrote honest, heartfelt reviews.

Unfortunately, many of those who submitted reviews merely sought the promotion's benefits without providing a commensurate genuine, honest review. While we initially filled a large amount of orders, we simply do not have the resources to continue vetting the reviews to distinguish those that followed the rules from those that did not.

In order to continue as a business, we must amend the promotion. This is not a step we take lightly, but one which is necessary for the health of our business. Accordingly, we have decided to take down and remove from the site all reviews which were written as part of the promotion. All open orders using store credit and partial store credit will be cancelled, as well as all remaining store credit. In their place, we are providing a one-time use coupon for 40% off of any purchase. The purchase can be as large or small as you wish, but only you can use the coupon code-it is not transferrable, refundable, or redeemable for cash and it can only be used on full price merchandise. The coupon will be good until September 15, 2011. In order to get your coupon code you must email us at
couponcode@franklingoose.com. This email is only equipped to send you a personal coupon code.

We understand that this step may frustrate some. If you have constructive feedback, we look forward to hearing from you. Otherwise we look forward to focusing our customer service efforts on customers placing orders.

We thank you for your time and effort in writing reviews and value you as a customer.

Thank you,

Franklin Goose

Well, almost a year has gone by, and after having my credit frozen for six months, I received an e-mail today saying that they aren't going to honor my store credit anymore. :(

Daniela, I got it, too. Terrible service, scam of a promotion, and lots of angry mamas do not make for a great ad campaign!

Good day! Do you know if they make any plugins
to assist with Search Engine Optimization?
I'm trying to get my blog to rank for some targeted keywords but I'm not
seeing very good success. If you know of any please share.

Thanks!
