We don't celebrate Valentines day but my husband is nearly always chivalrous. He is kind, thoughtful, intuitive and considerate.

This may sound odd, but my husband did not do anything specifically for Valentine's Day. My husband is great. He cooks, he cleans, he is handy and fizes stuff around the house and he is always thinking and doing stuff for me. So, on Valentine's Day I let him have the day off. I let him know he does a great job the rest of the year and he doesn't need to be pressured for the holiday!!

I am pregnant and sick! My husband cooked breakfast and dinner (which is one of the ahrdest thigns for me to do right now), and helped our 20-month-old daughter make heart-shaped cookies. He made it a special day for both of his girls. :o)

My husband worked a double shift at his second job so that we can get in a better place financially. In my opinion, that is chivalrous enough. But before he went to work, he made me a card with a little "Roses are red" versus and outlined a heart-shaped box of candies with Hershey Kisses (my fave!). So he gets double chivalry points in my book!! (And he would LOVE some new Dockers!)
