I just read the rules & terms and it is acutally a sweepstakes. Everyone that enters will be put into a drawling and from that, 250 people will receive the sample (which is valued @ 39.00!) They winners will be notified Jan 5th

I know that this is off topic of the pretty store, but I just went into the coach store and they have tons of perfume samples that you can request for along with coach mints.
