I pay for this service and it is wonderful. You get a meal plan for the entire week with cooking instructions for the daily meal. You can choose many different selections (Low fat, Walmart, or couples menu)They also include a shopping list. Well worth the money for less stress! Make sure you look at the "staples" list (on the bottom of the menu plan) for the items you have on hand. I have missed having a couple of items and it messed up my menu plan. Hope this helps!
