The store where I live wont take coupons beside there own. Are they supposed to?
Yep, according to their new coupon policy, they do accept them!

You should consider contacting corporate directly if you have a problem with the store even after showing them the policy. I've had numerous reports of people doing that, then the stores take coupons after getting called/contacted by the corporate office.
